The hotel is ideally located, quiet yet convenient to everything downtown. The rooms were a bit dirty with ants and mosquitos, lacking security boxes, but having a kitchenette. The staff was friendly and even coordinated my arrival with the security guard. Great spot for active travelers near the ferry terminal and beautiful beaches.
